PIHR are expanding its successful partner program across Europe and North America and are now looking for our next Partnership Manager that will contribute to continue building our growing partnership program internationally.

In the role as Partnership Manager your main responsibility will be to search for, and engage with, new potential partners across Europe and North America as well as handle all PIHR’s dealings with existing partners, ensuring that they have what they need to market and sell PIHR’s products to their existing customers. As a company we value long-term relationships where PIHR can share our knowledge to enable our partners to help us fulfill PIHR’s purpose globally

Main responsibilities consist of:

  • Be the driver in identifying, contacting, and adding new partners
  • Continue developing PIHR’s partnership offering together with Senior Management
  • Identify and be on top of regional changes in the business environment that can drive increased partnerships for PIHR globally
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring growth in all territories
  • Meet set KPI’s for revenue and number of added partners etc.  

Since this is a new role at PIHR you will need experience from similar roles as Partnership Manager at leading software companies, preferably start-ups and you display great business acumen. it would be highly advantageous if you already have an existing network within the HR/Reward community internationally. You like approaching your work in a structured way and strives from meeting or exceeding set goals.
