Junior Consultant to Pihr's Advisory Team (Student) Advisory . Stockholm SKICKA ANSÖKAN

The Advisory team serves our clients in three areas of expertise: Equal Pay, Equal Structure and Equal Culture. All consultants in the Advisory team work together towards Pihr’s mission of supporting organizations to become equal through market-leading technology and advisory services. 

As a junior Consultant, you work hands-on with gender pay gap audits, job evaluations and market pay benchmarks. You work closely with the Advisory team, analyzing customer data and delivering high quality reports - always with a gender equality perspective.

We believe you are motivated by working with compiling data, analyzing patterns and carefully put together findings in visually appealing reports (mostly in PowerPoint). We believe you have integrity and dares to challenge, while also being a team player. We trust that you have the ability to work independently after being on-boarded in the role.

  • Data analysis in regards to pay gap audits, job evaluations and market pay benchmarks
  • Creating visually appealing graphics and reports based on the findings
  • Understand customer needs, and develop/design the work accordingly
  • Work as part of the Advisory team to manage customer needs and questions


  • Analytical ability

  • Accurate and organised
  • Service minded with interest in customer needs
  • Initiated Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in economics/business/management 
  • Previous experience or interest in market pay benchmarks, job evaluations or Equal Culture projects
  • English and Swedish fluency (required)


Start: As soon as possible or by agreement.

Employment type: Recruitment, you are hired directly by Pihr with an initial probation period of six months. Part time, 2 days per week. 

Location: Eriksbergsgatan 8B, Stockholm, Sweden.

Working hours: Office hours.

Salary: By Agreement.
